Work Permits

Work Permits will be processed within 24 hours of receiving them.  Please be sure the entire work permit is complete, before turning into the high school main office.  This includes physicians signature ( unless athlete and physical on file in final forms), parent signature, and the employer has completed their portion.

Applicants need to bring drivers license, copy of birth certificate or passport when turning in application.

Applicants will need to be present when applying for work permit.
